Right of withdrawal

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. This applies to goods for which no statutory exception to the right of withdrawal applies.

The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, receives the goods. If several goods from a single order are delivered separately, the period begins when the last item is received.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement, for example by letter or email:

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal using the “Withdraw from contract” function on our website. If you use this function, we will promptly confirm receipt of your withdrawal by email, including the content of your statement and the date and time it was received.

You may use the model withdrawal form at the end of this page, but you do not have to. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your statement of withdrawal before the period expires. You do not need our prior approval.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option we offered. We will not refund additional costs arising from your choice of a more expensive delivery method. We will make the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your statement of withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not incur any fees for the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days after the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal, to the return address we will provide to you.

You meet this deadline if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. If you have questions about sending an item back, email customerservice@abeonic.com. Contacting us before withdrawing or sending back an item is not a condition of exercising your right of withdrawal.

You are liable for any loss in value of the goods only if it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. Returning goods in their original packaging is not a condition of withdrawal.

Exception for individually made lens inserts

There is no statutory right of withdrawal for goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production your individual choices or specifications are decisive, or that are clearly tailored to your personal needs. This applies to our prescription lens inserts where the lenses are made specifically for you using your individual prescription values.

Standard plano lens inserts without an individual prescription and other standard accessories do not fall under this exception merely because you select a particular headset model. If an order contains different items, the exception is assessed separately for each item.

Your statutory rights concerning defective goods remain unaffected, including for individually made items.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item is damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at customerservice@abeonic.com. We will help resolve the issue. Your statutory rights concerning defective goods remain unaffected.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, please contact us. For items that carry a right of withdrawal, you can also withdraw from the original purchase and place a new order for the item you want.
